Lookingglass Apartments Pricing & Terms
Lookingglass Apartments takes special care to meet the needs of our tenants. Our attentive property managers makes every effort to ensure you are 100% happy with your new home.
Monthly Rents
1 Bedroom Units: $950
2 Bedrooms Units: $1095
Security Deposit: $1200 / 1-Year Lease
Water, Sewer and Garbage Service, & Parking are all included in rent.
Occasionally, we run move-in specials. Check with our manager to find out more about these.
We do not accept cash. Please provide fees in the form of a money order or a cashier's check made out to Lookingglass Apartments.
Application & Screening Fee
We require a complete application and a $50 screening fee for each applicant over the age of eighteen that will occupy the apartment.
If a co-signer is needed, there is an additional $20 screening fee.
Please note that this fee must be paid before we can run the screening on any application.
In addition you will need to provide two pieces of identification:
- A valid driver's license or ID card with photo and
- A social security card
No one may move into an apartment without a completed application being processed and approved.
